I have completed hundreds of transactions, developing the skills needed to negotiate on behalf of clients in the sale or purchase of real property. I received the coveted Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE) designation and was trained in all aspects of divorce listings, including divorce finance, conflict management, and communication. In this capacity, I provide fair market valuations, expert testimony, and neutral representation of divorcing clients in the sale of their real property. I am a trained pricing specialist, equipped to make tactical and strategic decisions during cases. I am also passionate about advocating for our senior population after losing my father in 2014. I have consulted and assisted with the relocation of a loved ones to a more manageable and safer lifestyle to the eventual passing and all the magnitude of tasks to settle one estate and belongings.
