My experience with DJ (Donna Jean) was amazing.
DJ was a referral from a co-worker when I was in the market to purchase a home and then when I sold that home I went back to her as my realtor. On the purchase side she was able to point out things I would not have noticed that helped me in my decision. We had looked at 10 different homes in probably 6 different cities as I was set on my wants :) She never once complained about the amount of houses we looked at.
When it was time to sell my home she took everyone one of my calls (and yes there were a lot). Gave me ideas on how to present the home to allow home buyers to envision themselves in the home which I know was the what increased the amount requests I had received to view the house. She was great in helping with all the paperwork and explained all of the costs and what would happen next.

My situation was not ideal due to divorce. Ex wanted his half of worth I wanted my home. But through it all DJ was helpful and sweet and knowledgeable. Sold my home to first lookers within one week of advertising. I am very happy she helped me through this and is now a friend.

I work at the intersection of real estate, family law, and human behavior—where decisions are complex, emotions run high, and clarity matters most.After completing hundreds of transactions, I’ve learned that successful outcomes aren’t driven by pressure or personality—they’re driven by strategy, neutrality, and timing. That’s why I earned the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE) designation and trained extensively in divorce finance, conflict management, pricing strategy, and communication.
In divorce cases, I serve as a neutral real estate resource—providing fair market valuations, strategic pricing guidance, expert testimony, and steady representation so the real estate supports the legal process rather than complicating it.
My work with families extends beyond divorce. After losing my father in 2014, I became deeply involved in advocating for seniors and their families—guiding them through downsizing, relocation, estate transitions, and the many logistical decisions that follow. That experience shaped how I work today: with patience, structure, and respect for what families are carrying.
Because no case stands alone, I’ve built a vetted network of professionals—including tax, mortgage, title, insurance, inspection, moving, estate sale, and property service experts—so clients and referring professionals have access to coordinated, reliable support from start to finish.
